Is parking available?
- Yes! We offer free on-site parking for all guests.

- Yes. Our dining room, patio, restrooms, and parking areas are fully ADA accessible.

Do you brew your own beer?
- Yes! Every Vortex beer is brewed in-house. We rotate seasonal brews throughout the year while keeping many customer favorites available.
Do you serve food?
- Absolutely. We offer appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, wings, desserts, weekly specials, and more.
Do you serve cocktails?
- Yes! We have a full cocktail menu featuring house creations, classics, seasonal drinks, and a variety of spirits.
Do you serve wine?
- Yes. We offer a selection of wines by the glass.
Do you have non-alcoholic options?
- Yes! We offer soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade, non-alcoholic beer, homemade root beer, and other alcohol-free beverages.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
- Yes. We have several gluten-friendly menu items as well as gluten free hard seltzer. Please let your server know about any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
Do you offer vegetarian options?
- Yes! We have vegetarian menu selections, and several dishes can be modified upon request.

Do I need a reservation?
- Reservations are recommended for groups of 6 or more and on busy evenings, but are not required for most visits.
Do you accept walk-ins?
- Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome, and we seat guests on a first-come, first-served basis when space is available.
Can I bring a large group?
- Absolutely! We welcome large parties. Please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate your group.
Do you have outdoor seating?
- Yes! Our outdoor patio is open seasonally and is a great place to enjoy food, drinks, and live music.
Do you allow pets?
- Dogs must be leashed, friendly, and under control and are allowed in outdoor spaces only. Dogs are not allowed in the taproom. Service animals specifically trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome in all areas.
Is smoking allowed?
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the restaurant or on our patio.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
- Yes! Complimentary guest Wi-Fi is available.
Can I bring a cake for a celebration?
- Outside desserts may be permitted for special occasions. Please contact us in advance to discuss our policy.

- Yes! We offer six-packs and single cans for most of our beers on tap.

- We regularly sell our beer throughout the Maryland and Pennsylvania area at various stores and select restaurants.

- Yes! We sell Vortex T-shirts, hoodies, hats, glassware, gift cards, and other merchandise while supplies last.
