Hello Friends! Another Big milestone happened last week. After polishing our concrete floors in our taproom, we were able to get our Mueller Serving Tanks out of storage and into their new home in New Freedom, PA! All the drywall has been finished and painters are now putting some color on our walls. Our Bar will be built this week and our Woodworking guys will be here to do the final measure for our beautiful new Ash Bartop. Our final taproom window frames will be glassed by the end of this week. In the Brewhouse, our boiler is plumbed, and our Grain Conveyance system is now in place and ready to crush. Our Chiller is outside ready to be connected, our sidewalks have been poured and our patio wall elevation is too. Our parking lot is being cleared and graded. We may also have electricity, gas and water running soon! Once we get our use and occupancy permit, we can start brewing beer in anticipation of our grand opening. We continue to be optimistic and hoping to open by early February barring any further setbacks or delays and the weather cooperates. Thanks for your patience, and we will keep you posted.
